1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings assigned to them below. Understanding these definitions is essential to interpreting your rights and obligations as an fj66 player.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To use any real-money service on fj66 — including placing bets, accessing live casino games, or making deposits — you must first create a registered account. The following eligibility requirements and registration conditions apply to all players.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on fj66. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where fj66 identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts beyond the first verified account may be closed and balances forfeited in line with the prohibited conduct policy in Section 8.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and the mobile banking number used for deposits and withdrawals. Providing false or misleading information at registration is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension.

3. Age Restriction & Verification

fj66 operates a strict 18+ only policy. No individual under the age of 18 years is permitted to register an account, deposit funds, place bets, or access any real-money gaming service on the platform. This policy is non-negotiable and is enforced without exception.

3.1 Age Verification Process

fj66 reserves the right to request age verification documentation from any player at any time. This may include, but is not limited to:

• A copy of a valid National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission.
• A valid passport.

3.2 Underage Play

If fj66 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending investigation. Any winnings accrued during the period of underage access will be voided and any deposited funds may be returned to the originating payment method after identity verification confirms the player's age. fj66 strongly encourages parents and guardians to make use of parental control tools if underage individuals have access to devices through which fj66 may be accessed.

4. Account Security & Responsibility

The security of your fj66 account is a shared responsibility. fj66 maintains robust technical safeguards including 256-bit SSL encryption and certified security protocols. However, you as the account holder are also responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and ensuring your account is not accessed by unauthorised parties.

4.1 Password Security

You must keep your fj66 account password confidential at all times. fj66 will never ask you to share your password with a member of our support team or any other party. You should use a strong, unique password not shared with any other online service, and change it immediately if you suspect it has been compromised.

4.2 Unauthorised Access

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs on your fj66 account while logged in, regardless of whether that activity was carried out by you personally or by a third party who accessed your account with or without your permission. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify fj66's support team immediately. fj66 will take reasonable steps to secure the account, but accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain password security.

4.3 Account Non-Transferability

Your fj66 account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise make your account available to any other individual. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate suspension of the account and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on fj66 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). fj66 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods specifically chosen for convenience and accessibility for players across Bangladesh.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

fj66 currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

Mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are processed instantly for deposits and within 15 minutes to 2 hours for withdrawals during standard operating hours. Card payments via Visa and Mastercard may take 1 to 3 business days to reflect.

5.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit for fully verified accounts. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may apply and will be communicated within the player account dashboard.

5.3 Processing Fees

fj66 does not charge any processing fees on deposits or withdrawals made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Standard transaction fees applied by your mobile financial services provider are your responsibility and are separate from any fj66 charges. For Visa and Mastercard transactions, applicable card network fees may apply.

5.4 Withdrawal Eligibility

To be eligible for a withdrawal, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed, if requested).
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance (bonus funds are not directly withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements are met).
• Your account must be in good standing with no active restrictions or investigations.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

5.5 Dormant Account Policy

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. fj66 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳200 to dormant account balances until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player. Players will be notified by the contact details on file before any dormancy fee is applied.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

fj66 offers a broad range of betting and gaming products, including sports betting (with a particular emphasis on cricket — BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals), live casino, slots, crash games, and virtual sports. The following general rules apply to all product categories unless specific game or sport rules state otherwise.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by fj66. fj66 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where a bet appears to exploit a technical error, pricings discrepancy, or a manifest error in odds. Bets accepted in error (for example, at odds significantly different from the correct market price due to a technical fault) may be voided and stakes returned to the player's account.

6.2 Live Betting

Live in-play betting markets are subject to suspension and reopening during the course of an event. fj66 uses real-time data feeds to update odds and suspend markets at key moments (wickets, boundaries, half-time, timeouts, etc.). Bets placed during a market suspension may be voided. fj66 accepts no responsibility for connectivity issues experienced by the player that result in a bet not being accepted or confirmed before a market is suspended.

6.3 Results and Settlements

All betting market settlements are based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, etc.) or, in the case of casino games, the certified RNG outcome recorded by fj66's game server at the moment of resolution. Where a result is subject to a formal sporting review, fj66 may delay settlement pending the final official outcome.

6.4 Cancellations and Abandonments

If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed and does not resume within 24 hours of the originally scheduled start time, all pre-match bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to player accounts. Live bets already settled before abandonment will stand. Specific rules for individual sports are available within the fj66 sportsbook interface.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

fj66 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and seasonal promotions (including offers tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and Victory Day). All bonus offers are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated as a "no wagering" offer, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus amount (and any winnings derived from it) can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the individual bonus terms. Failure to complete the wagering requirement within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and any associated bonus winnings being forfeited.

7.2 One Bonus Per Player

Players are eligible for each new-player welcome bonus only once. Creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once is a violation of these Terms & Conditions and constitutes fraud. fj66 reserves the right to void all bonuses and close all accounts involved in such activity.

7.3 Game Contributions

Different game categories may contribute differently towards meeting wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100% of each qualifying bet, while table games, live casino titles, and certain instant-win games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%). The specific contribution rates for each game will be communicated within the individual bonus terms.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

fj66 monitors wagering patterns to identify bonus abuse. If a player appears to be staking in a manner specifically designed to exploit a bonus offer without genuine gameplay intent — for example, by covering multiple outcomes simultaneously to guarantee a wagering-requirement clearance — fj66 reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and restrict the player's eligibility for future promotions.

8. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

fj66 maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards fraudulent activity, cheating, abuse of the platform, and any conduct that undermines the integrity of the games and betting markets offered. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Registering more than one account under any combination of identity, device, IP address, or payment method.
• Using any form of software, bot, script, or automated system to place bets, manipulate outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing errors, or technical glitches in fj66's systems. Any winnings obtained as a direct result of an identified technical error are not valid and will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or coordinated betting intended to manipulate sporting outcomes or casino game results.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, stolen payment instruments, or money laundering activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting fj66's support team to resolve the issue in good faith.
• Providing false identity documentation or misrepresenting personal information during the KYC process.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology in a manner intended to circumvent geographic restrictions or account-level restrictions.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Closure by fj66

fj66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct as described in Section 8.
• Account inactivity in line with the dormant account policy in Section 5.5.
• Any other situation where fj66 determines that continued account access poses a risk to the platform, other players, or the integrity of fj66's services.

9.2 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your fj66 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon receiving a valid closure request, fj66 will process the closure within 2 business days. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure (after deduction of any applicable dormancy fees or forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method. Note that voluntary account closure is separate from the self-exclusion process described in our Responsible Gaming policy.

9.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, whether initiated by fj66 or by the player, all pending bets that have not yet been settled will be voided and stakes returned, unless the closure was initiated due to fraud or prohibited conduct, in which case fj66's fraud policy in Section 8 will determine the treatment of outstanding balances.

10. Limitation of Liability

fj66 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While fj66 makes every effort to ensure continuous, reliable, and error-free service, the platform cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times, particularly during scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or events beyond fj66's reasonable control.

10.1 No Liability for Loss of Winnings

fj66 shall not be liable for any loss of anticipated winnings arising from service interruptions, technical errors, or connectivity issues outside of fj66's direct control. Where a demonstrable platform error has caused a player to suffer a direct and verifiable financial loss, fj66 will investigate the matter and, where confirmed, seek to remedy the situation on a case-by-case basis.

10.2 Player Responsibility for Betting Decisions

All betting and gaming decisions made by players on fj66 are made voluntarily. fj66 does not provide betting advice or recommendations. Players are solely responsible for the bets they place and accept that gambling involves the risk of financial loss. fj66 shall not be liable for any financial losses incurred as a result of a player's betting decisions, regardless of the circumstances.

10.3 Force Majeure

fj66 shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms & Conditions where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond fj66's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, network outages, power failures, or civil unrest.

11. Amendments to These Terms

fj66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, fj66 will take reasonable steps to notify active players via the contact details associated with their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the fj66 website prior to the changes taking effect.

The "Effective Date" shown at the top of this document reflects the date on which the current version of these Terms & Conditions became binding on all fj66 users. It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically to ensure you remain aware of any updates. Continued use of the fj66 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree with a proposed amendment, you may close your account before the amendment takes effect by contacting our support team. Closure requests received before the effective date of an amendment will be processed under the terms in force at the time of the request.
